Whitehall, located in one of Florida’s most exclusive locations off of A1A in Boca Raton. Whitehall consists of two luxurious hi-rise condominium buildings. General Bronze South was contracted to remove all shutters and replace existing windows with high-end sliding doors and single hung windows. General Bronze South erected an outside mast climber on both the East and West elevations so that no field employees would have to enter the building and using the elevators. All new materials were brought up on the exterior of the building using the mast climber and all existing windows, doors and shutters were removed from the exterior of the building utilizing this mast climber. General Bronze South was also contracted to remove and replace all of the lobby and common areas with storefront glass as well. General Bronze South hired Gold Coast Hi-Rise to work under General Bronze’s contract to help with the coordination of all the apartment owners and to supervise ensuring absolute quality control.
