This prominent condo-hotel is located on the ocean in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale.  When the members of the Board started seeking qualified contractors, they were particularly interested in a superior window and door product line.  General Bronze South was selected due to their extensive construction skills in occupied buildings.  Ocean Manor elected to install a high-end white kynar gray tinted glass to meet the turtle code.  This building was built with an older designed curtainwall system.  General Bronze South’s engineering and design team elected to remove the existing curtainwall system from top to bottom and proposed a floor to ceiling window wall to update the appearance and replace the old system.  The penthouse balconies were also created as a floor to ceiling window wall system and General Bronze South custom designed all of their exterior balcony railings as well.
