Ocean Colony is situated in the quaint town of Lauderdale-By-The Sea with the Ocean at it’s back.  After an extensive interviewing process with numerous competing window contractors, General Bronze South was awarded the contract in November 2006.  The contract was to install 3000 windows and working alongside a restoration company where both contractors worked as a team to repair all stucco and masonry openings.  The two contractors worked together by sharing scaffolding and coordinating the window installation and caulking.  Ocean Colony chose a custom turtle code green tinted glass with a white Kynar finish.  In addition to the apartment windows, General Bronze South also installed new storefront for the lobby and common areas.  This contract was scheduled to be complete by November 2007, but will probably be complete two months ahead of schedule.
