Clarendon is situated in the captivating Town of Highland Beach, Florida located in Southern Palm Beach County.  While Akam Management and the Board of Directors sought viable contractors, General Bronze South stood out as the leader and the only viable contractor that could handle the job.  They were contracted to replace the lobby with large missile impact glass that met all Miami-Dade County codes.  With the windows towering over 14 feet, no other contractor was willing to provide the support necessary to house the new impact rated windows.  General Bronze South hired a steel contractor to erect steel to support the massive window system.  Much to the Board’s pleasure, the project was completed not only on time, but just over a month early.
