In the city of Sun and Sea, Arlen House East is a staple in the charming city of Sunny Isles Beach. This high-rise condominium is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the East and the Intracoastal Waterway on the West. The Board of Directors decided to replace all of their sliding glass doors on each apartment in 2007. Whilst under contract with another window company that was not performing up to the Arlen House’s standards, the Board decided to award a new contract to General Bronze South to install 400 of the 600 apartments. General Bronze will be installing their new state-of-the-art Hurricane Series 7700 manufactured by their partner, Champion Window and Door. The Board chose white Kynar with an upgraded optional chrome handle by Wink Haus (made in Germany). The project is set to commence spring of 2008.
